More of an audio diary than a review, or critique. Each post is a product of the whim of my Sunday morning.

Life Beyond the Stars
Jonas Reinhardt's Ganymede. Active volcanos making life possible, very possible indeed. I hope so.

Sunday Morning Learning Curve
New to me (new) record, only three years old…
Kind of off my radar for a bit, SeƱor Malkmus is back center stage. With a new to everybody (new) record too. But, that one will have to be a different spin some other Sunday morning.
Mirror Traffic = 3 sided gem that goes back to those gold soundz. Haven't heard anything between this one and Pig Lib. Yup, the learning curve is back in full force with this heavy hitting musician. He hasn't stopped for a second. Unfortunately, it was I who stopped paying attention for the passed 11 years !!! Sorry sir. I'll catch up right quick…

The Flight of Time
Time has flown, like the gull, into the sunset. Time, it flies forever. Grab what you have, hold who you love. Live like there is no other time other than that which you have in front of you. Living this journey via the grooves on this dated vinyl is a brief respit from the drama of the world today. Living this Sunday evening like it was the morning in a sun drenched vista with an endless horizon.

Mother, Tell Your Children…
…all about this band:
From all the way across the pond, this record is one of the best things that happened to 1966. Keep the (psych blues rock) dream alive…

Christmas Time is (Still) Here
Sitting on the couch today, New Years Day, 2014, feels a lot like a Sunday. The heater is burning, keeping the room nice and toasty. Tea kettle is whistling, waiting to steep some leaf. Noses are sniffly, prime situation during the winter season. The tree is still present, and lit. I'll keep that one as long as possible. Love and happiness in 2014…
